Wellington Tao Liu currently serves as the Public Policy and Government Affairs Lead for Amazon in East and South China, where they connect the tech giant with regulatory audiences and policymakers. Prior to this role, Wellington led global public relations for an AI and Robotics start-up and was the Director of Public Affairs and Communications at Huawei's Philippine Office. They possess over a decade of experience working with the Chinese government in customs and foreign services, during which they participated in significant national trade projects. Wellington's extensive academic background includes multiple Master’s degrees and an MBA from a joint program between University College London and Peking University.
