Will Brown

Will Brown is a Senior Manager of Pathways Operations at Amazon, having previously held roles such as Pathways Operations Manager and contributing to the company's operational strategies from 2021 to 2023. Prior to Amazon, Will gained experience in various technical and managerial positions, including Technical Operations Manager at Grayco Communications, where they led a regional team and developed training processes. Will also worked as a Geological Technician at H&L Exploration Company and completed an internship as an Exploration Geologist.
