Will Hayles

Will Hayles is an experienced operations and production leader with a strong background in the manufacturing and safety sectors. With a career spanning over two decades, Will has held various roles, including Shift Manager at Baggeridge Brick plc, Works Manager at Lagan Brick Ltd, and Plant Manager at Wienerberger AG. Significant achievements include stabilizing performance at Lagan Brick’s neglected site, managing operations with substantial turnover at Monier Redland Ltd, and successfully increasing OEE at Brett Landscaping Ltd through effective maintenance and training strategies. Currently, Will serves as the EU Transportation WHS Leader at Amazon, focusing on on-road and yard safety, while also planning to take on a position as Senior Manager for Risk and Assurance in Amazon's Global Road Safety by June 2024. Will holds an MEng in Materials Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
