Will Niermann is currently a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, where they oversee complex operational processes. Previously, Will served as the Assistant General Manager for the Southern Illinois Miners from 2018 to 2021 and was the Director of Stadium Operations for the Southern Illinois Miners Baseball Team from 2016 to 2018. They also have experience as an Operations Manager and Ballpark Operations Manager with the Omaha Storm Chasers in 2018. Will began their academic journey in Sports Administration at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and continues to pursue their Bachelor’s Degree there.
