William Adames

William Adames is an experienced leader with a diverse background in operations management and logistics, having held significant roles in both the corporate and military sectors. As General Manager at The Home Depot, Adames led a multi-unit team and managed a $32 million P&L. In the United States Air Force, Adames served in various leadership capacities involving nuclear weapons maintenance and logistics management. Currently, Adames owns WACK'D Jobs, a handyman remodeling company, and serves as Operations Manager at Amazon, overseeing inbound and outbound operations for a major facility. Adames also has experience managing large teams and executing P&L responsibilities at Durham School Services. Adames holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
