William Finley

William Finley is currently a Site Leader at Amazon, where they successfully launched a robotics fulfillment center and implemented comprehensive training programs, subsequently achieving cost savings and improvements in diversity representation. Previously, they served as a Senior Operations Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, leading a team to enhance organizational performance and exceed operational targets. With early experiences as a Project Engineering Co-op at USG and a Utilities Process Support Manager Intern at Anheuser-Busch, Finley has consistently demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills throughout their career. They hold dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
