William Gilmartin

William Gilmartin has diverse experience in both the retail and human resources sectors. Gilmartin began a career at Starbucks as a Barista in 2018, later becoming a Supervisor, where responsibilities included driving sales and providing coaching to coworkers. Following this, Gilmartin worked at Target as a Senior Human Resources Team Leader, focusing on team development and community engagement. At Amazon, Gilmartin held multiple positions from Senior Human Resources Assistant to HR Business Analyst and Sr HR Business Analyst, contributing to various HR initiatives. Gilmartin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Intelligence from Southern New Hampshire University.
