William Mergl

William Mergl is an operations leader at Amazon and a veteran U.S. Army officer with extensive experience in managing large teams and complex projects. They currently serve as a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, having previously excelled as an Operations Manager, where they achieved significant improvements in efficiency and safety. Additionally, Mergl has been a Leadership Coach at Emory University's Goizueta Business School since 2017, instructing MBA students in team-based problem-solving and communication skills. They hold an MBA from Emory University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
