Winnie M. is an experienced operations and program management professional with a strong background in customer experience and delivery operations. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Delivery Experience at Amazon, Winnie previously held leadership roles at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. as Director of Operations, and at Firstbase.io as Head of Customer Experience, where a team won the 2022 Zendesk Startup CX Award for innovation. Winnie has also contributed to companies including Digit, Instacart, and McMaster-Carr, fostering efficient operations and enhancing customer service across various sectors. Winnie holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Global Development Studies from Grinnell College.
