Xiangjun Wang

Xiangjun (XJ) Wang is a passionate AGI researcher and entrepreneur, currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Amazon's AGI SF Lab, where they lead the LLM+RL research effort. They co-founded inspir.ai, an AI startup focused on developing intelligent agent-based products, and have played a key role in driving strategy, fundraising, and technical vision. Previously, XJ served as a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Netflix and as a researcher at AT&T Labs, contributing to search and recommendation systems. XJ holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and is a PhD candidate in Computer Science at Arizona State University.
