Xiaodan Huang

Xiaodan (Penny) Huang is a Senior Manager of Sourcing Strategy at Amazon, where they focus on vendor sourcing and direct fulfillment operations. Previously, they held several roles at Amazon, including Principal Program Manager and Manager in Supply Chain Optimization, leading teams to enhance transportation and automation processes. Xiaodan began their career with experience in database management at Utrip and as a Data Analyst at Expedia Group. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing at the University of Washington, as well as a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management at the University of Southern California.
