Xiaohan Nie

Xiaohan Nie is a Senior Applied Scientist at Amazon, where they focus on 3D scene understanding for Movies and TV shows on Prime Video, as well as 3D reconstruction for sports broadcasting videos. Previously, Xiaohan worked as an Applied Scientist, designing algorithms for Amazon Scout's perception system and improving image classification systems by 10% during their internship in the computer vision team. Xiaohan holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Beijing Institute of Technology and Zhengzhou University, respectively.
