Xiaolan Y. has over 20 years of international management experience, specializing in organizational strategies and growth for consumer, retail, and healthcare companies in China. Currently serving as China General Manager at EF English First and Vice President at EF Education First, they also hold the position of Head of Business Development at Amazon, overseeing initiatives from China to worldwide. Xiaolan has a proven track record in leading high-performance teams and managing change effectively, demonstrating strong entrepreneurial skills throughout their career. They completed an MBA in Finance from Manchester Business School and are currently pursuing additional education at the University of Michigan.
