Xueshu Chen

Xueshu (Judy) Chen is a UX Researcher at Amazon, where they apply their extensive experience in user experience research and data analysis. They previously served as a Senior UX Researcher at HID Global, conducting in-depth investigations to inform design iterations and improving product quality through customer feedback programs. Judy holds a Master’s degree in Information Science from The University of Texas at Austin and has a background in public affairs, having earned another Master’s degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs. They also contributed to various research projects and usability evaluations during their earlier roles, including positions at Express Scripts and The University of Texas at Austin.
