Yara Seif

Yara Seif is an applied scientist at Amazon, focusing on special projects. They earned a PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, where they conducted extensive research in machine learning and systems biology. Yara's previous experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at Merck, developing deep learning approaches for antibody property analysis, and serving as a graduate student researcher and teaching assistant at UC San Diego. They also completed internships at Advanced Surgical Design and Manufacture Ltd. and CADIS, gaining hands-on experience in biomedical design and manufacturing processes.
