Ying Fam

Ying Fam is a Senior Product Manager leading the Zero Waste strategy at Amazon's Worldwide Returns & Re-Commerce business since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ying served as a Global Sustainability Consultant at Kearney, specializing in ESG transformation for Fortune 500 companies and developing sustainability tools. Notable client engagements included strategies for a $1T+ tech company and a $50B+ tech enterprise. Ying has a background in program management at Columbia University's Earth Institute, facilitating connections between students and industry leaders, and has completed significant graduate capstone projects. Earlier career experience includes consulting for Bain & Company, where advisory roles focused on strategy and operations for prominent firms, as well as data analysis and business development internships at HeroPay and Slack. Ying holds a Master's degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Development from UCLA.
