Yousri Omar

Yousri Omar is the Director and Associate General Counsel for Business Conduct and Ethics at Amazon, where they focus on leveraging technology to enhance compliance programs. They previously served as Senior Corporate Counsel for Business Conduct and Ethics Compliance, managing a global compliance program and investigations team. Yousri has a strong background in law, having worked as an Attorney at Vinson and Elkins and as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Michael F. Urbanski. They hold a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech.
