Yu Tanebe

Yu Tanebe is currently the Corporate Counsel for M&A and Strategic Investments at Amazon, where they advise on public and private M&A, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, among other corporate legal matters. They have previous experience as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and as a Senior Consultant in International Tax Services at EY. Yu has worked with a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations and non-profit organizations, across a variety of sectors globally. They hold a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, and have completed both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science at Duke University, along with a Master of Arts from Yale University.
