Yui Aiyama is a UX Researcher at Amazon since July 2025, bringing extensive experience from Moon Creative Lab where positions included Design Research Lead, Senior Design Researcher, Service Designer, Design Researcher, and Design Research Intern from September 2019 to July 2025. Prior to that, Yui served as an Entrepreneur at Braliner from November 2017 to June 2019, successfully founding a D2C women's underwear business alongside family, achieving significant social media engagement. Yui holds a Bachelor's degree in Service Design from Keio University and has completed a program at Stanford University in 2017.
