As Manager of the Executive Office at Hitachi Information & Telecommunication Systems Global Holding Corporation, Yusuke facilitated the establishment of a new office in New York, overseeing essential operational aspects. During the tenure at Hitachi from October 2013 to July 2019, Yusuke transformed a struggling US-based subsidiary, implementing a comprehensive HR governance structure and designing executive compensation plans.
