Yusuke Ushimaru is currently the Head of Data Science for the Japan Marketplace at Amazon, where they have been shaping data-driven strategies since 2022. Previously, they served as an EFX Quant at MUFG Bank from 2014 to 2017 and held the same title briefly at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ in 2013. Yusuke earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Kyoto University and a Master of Science in Mathematical Informatics from The University of Tokyo.
