Zach Bickett

Zach Bickett is currently a Principal Program Manager in NA Quality at Amazon, where they collaborate with department leaders to enhance inventory control and quality assurance. Previously, Zach served as an Area Manager, leading initiatives to reduce inventory defects significantly. Zach's career includes experience as a Corporate Summer Intern with Sears Holdings Corporation, where they conducted research and presented findings to senior leadership, as well as roles in various operational capacities across other organizations. They hold a BSBA in Logistics Management from The Ohio State University.
