Zach Meier has extensive experience in software development and engineering, having worked with prominent companies such as Amazon and Amazon Web Services. Following a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Computer Science Minor from the University of Minnesota, Zach began as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, contributing to the design of a surgical robot tool and a global health simulator. Subsequent roles included a Software Quality Engineering Intern and various positions at St. Jude Medical, where Zach was involved in software systems validation and product development. Currently, as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Amazon, Zach leads teams and drives significant projects, including portions of software migration and functionality development in healthcare applications.
