Zachary Hall

Zachary Hall has extensive experience in both the U.S. Navy and Amazon, showcasing a robust background in engineering, operations management, and cybersecurity. In the Navy, Zachary served in various leadership roles, including Assistant Head of the Machinery Department, overseeing critical machinery operations and leading substantial teams, and as Communications and Cybersecurity Division Lead, managing cybersecurity initiatives. Additionally, Zachary demonstrated expertise in nuclear reactor operations as the Reactor-Electrical Division Lead, where safety policies were revised to eliminate electrical mishaps. Since joining Amazon as an Operations Manager, Zachary has implemented lean methodologies that significantly improved workflow efficiency, yielding substantial cost savings. Zachary holds multiple degrees from Old Dominion University, including a Bachelor of Science in Communications and two Master’s degrees, one in Engineering/Industrial Management and another in Media Studies, complemented by training from the Naval Nuclear Power School.
