Zachary Smith

Zachary Smith is an experienced leader in operations and logistics, having held several key positions at Amazon since 2020, including Director of Launch Field Execution and currently, Director of Start-Up Planning & Network Optimization. Prior to Amazon, Zachary served in the United States Marine Corps, where significant roles included Assistant Director of Logistics during Operation Enduring Freedom and various positions focused on recruitment and maintenance management within the Marine Corps, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning and execution. Zachary holds multiple advanced degrees, including an M.B.A. in Logistics from Rutgers Business School and a Master of Public Administration from Penn State University.
