Zak Taylor

Zak Taylor is a Senior Technical Program Manager and Agile Scrum Master at Amazon, leveraging over nine years of leadership experience to drive ServiceNow initiatives through collaborative problem-solving and effective communication. Previously, Zak served in the U.S. Army's 75th Ranger Regiment, where they developed critical communication infrastructures and led technical operations in various capacities. Zak also operated as an IT consultant for the United States Department of Defense, managing network infrastructure in Afghanistan. They own West Bay Divers, a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort in Roatan, Honduras, and possess degrees from Oregon State University and Baton Rouge Community College.
