Zhang Hui is an experienced leader in logistics and sales operations, currently serving as the Director and Country Head of Amazon Global Logistics. They previously held leadership roles at Amazon, including Director of Customer Service for China and Singapore, and Director of Sales Operations and Strategic Planning at Amazon Web Services. Prior to their tenure at Amazon, Zhang was the Chief Process Officer at Schneider Electric from 2015 to 2017 and the Director of Sales Operations in the Asia Pacific region at Dell Technologies from 2006 to 2014. Zhang earned an MBA from Newport University between 2001 and 2003, and remains passionate about people development as a key business differentiator.
