Zhenyu Zhang

Zhenyu Zhang is a Principal Applied Scientist at Amazon, bringing over 12 years of experience in invention and implementation. Previously, Zhenyu served as a Principal Research Engineer at Western Digital, where they developed advanced algorithms and systems to enhance the stability and performance of hard disk drives. Zhenyu completed a Ph.D. in Systems and Control at the University of Connecticut, where they worked on a NIH-funded project to create a high-performance mechatronic device for artificial fertilization. They also hold both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Automation from Beijing Jiaotong University.
