Zihao Chen

Zihao Chen is an applied scientist at Amazon, specializing in computer vision and advanced generative models within medical AI. They earned a PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from UCLA and have extensive experience developing deep learning methods for accelerated MR reconstruction during their time as a research assistant at Cedars-Sinai. Currently, Zihao is applying their expertise to real-world clinical solutions, having also worked as a Senior Research Scientist at United Imaging and as a Graduate Student Researcher at UCLA. Their research focuses on translating complex AI models into practical applications that enhance patient care and clinical workflows.
