Anna Dane

Anna Dane has over 18 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Anna is currently working as a Senior Director of Human Resources at AMB Sports and Entertainment since September 2021. Prior to this, they were an HR Director at Canon Solutions America from December 2015 to September 2021, where they managed HR operations and implemented talent initiatives. Before that, Anna was a Global Talent Manager at EndoChoice from January 2013 to December 2015, where they focused on employee engagement and talent acquisition. Anna also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at NASCO from February 2012 to January 2013 and as a Training & Recruitment Director at Saint Consulting from September 2004 to August 2011. Anna's work experience also includes a role as a Volunteer & Development Coordinator at Nashville Opera Association from May 2003 to May 2004.

Anna Dane has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Anna obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Mercer University Stetson-Hatcher School of Business, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. This degree was earned between 2021 and 2023. Prior to their MBA, they completed their undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University from 1999 to 2003. Anna earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human & Organizational Development.

In addition to their formal education, Anna has obtained several certifications to further enhance their expertise. In 2008, they obtained the PHR certification from HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute). In 2016, they acquired the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). In 2007, they also completed the Strategic Decision Making Human Resources Certificate program at Wharton Executive Education.
