Eric Young

Eric Young has extensive work experience in the field of security and operations. Eric started their career in 1989 as a Military Police Officer in the United States Army, where they conducted MP operations, maintained schedules, and provided security for special military events. After leaving the army in 2000, they worked as an Event Manager for Wackenhut, managing over 500 security and guest services staff for various events. In 2001, they joined the Capitol Improvement Board of Marion County as a Security Coordinator, where they managed security operations for a large facility. In 2003, they became a Branch Manager for CSC, overseeing branch operations and successfully launching new branches. In 2017, Eric joined Andy Frain Services as a Regional Director of Operations, responsible for managing branch offices and contract administration. Most recently, they served as the Director of Physical Security and Parking at AMB Sports + Entertainment, responsible for the operational function and performance of security and parking departments at a major NFL and MLS stadium.

Eric Young attended Crawfordsville High School from 1987 to 1989, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. In January 2022, they obtained a certification in Corporate Membership from the International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO).
