Gary Michel

Gary Michel has extensive experience in board governance, currently serving as a Board Member for multiple organizations including Numerix, Cyncly, Vector Solutions, Apex Group Ltd, Cetera Financial Group, and the Association Member Benefits Advisors (AMBA). Additionally, Gary holds a position on the Strategic Advisory Board at Genstar Capital and has previously contributed to the boards of Sphera and ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services. Prior to these roles, Gary was an Operating Partner at Providence Equity Partners. Gary earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware, where studies were completed at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics.
