Jenny Bastin is an accomplished executive in the field of member experience, currently serving as the Vice President of Member Experience at Association Member Benefits Advisors (AMBA) since September 2019. With a rich background that includes roles as Associate Vice President and Director of Field Support at AMBA, as well as Vice President of Operations at Premier Member Benefits, Jenny has over 20 years of experience in operational leadership. During a 16-year tenure at AMBA, Jenny was the first female member of the Senior Leadership Team and held various positions including Vice President of Operations, Office Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Governor’s University and has attended leadership seminars, including those led by Zig Ziglar.
