Steve Cardinal

Steve Cardinal is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Executive Chairman and CEO at AMBA since March 2017, Steve has a strong background in transforming distribution models and driving revenue growth. Notable previous roles include Board Member at Desert Mountain Club, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Horace Mann from 2008 to 2016, and Agency Operations Executive at Bank of America following its acquisition of Countrywide. Earlier, Steve demonstrated leadership as Regional Distribution Leader at Allstate, managing a large sales force to achieve multimillion-dollar growth, and earned recognition as Rookie of the Year at MetLife. Steve holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has a foundation in business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
