Jorge Castro

Jorge Castro possesses extensive experience in the engineering and sales sectors. Currently serving as an Executivo de vendas at Ambar since May 2022, Jorge focuses on corporate agreements across Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo, and São Paulo's coastal regions. Prior experience includes a role as Auxiliar de engenharia at MRV, where responsibilities involved implementing a new factory for industrialized kits and overseeing quality control and material supply. Jorge also contributed to Ambar from February 2018 to August 2021 as Assistente de engenharia, managing quality control and reporting for construction projects, as well as leading a team and training new interns. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Estácio, alongside ongoing MBA studies in Sales, Negotiation, and High-Performance Results at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and English teaching courses at Wise Up.
