Daniel Colunga

Daniel Colunga serves as the Regional Quality Director for Valeo in North America since April 2019 and also holds the position of Senior Quality Assurance Consultant at Ambe Engineering LLC since February 2018. Previously, Daniel was the Quality Director at HELLA, managing operations in the Lighting division across plants in Guadalajara and Tlalnepantla from March 2011 to December 2017, and spent nearly 24 years at General Motors, where Daniel also held the role of Quality Director. Daniel's academic background includes a Master in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master in Engineering with a focus on Quality and Productivity from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila.
