Michael Ayele

Michael Ayele is a Director of Innovation at Ambee, where they spearhead the development and implementation of innovation strategies focused on climate tech and environmental data. They previously founded CareLoveShare, leading operations that grew the customer base significantly within a year. With experience in customer strategy at BreezoMeter and senior management roles at WalkMe and SocialCode, Michael has emphasized client engagement and product implementation. They also hold a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and are pursuing a Master’s degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Brown University.
