They have a diverse background in the food processing industry, having gained experience in various roles, including improving efficiency in malt production at Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. and contributing to wheat breeding programs. Currently, Caleb serves as the Head Miller at Amber Wave, where they manage a mill that aims to be a leading producer of high-quality wheat protein.
