Randy Cimorelli

Randy Cimorelli has extensive work experience in various executive roles. Randy is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Amber Wave since August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at McClancy Foods & Flavors starting in 2021. Randy also served as the Chief Executive Officer at JM Swank, a Brenntag Company, from July 2018 to June 2022. Randy was also the Chief Executive Officer of Storm Chaser Holdings, overseeing JM Swank, Lentz Milling, and Armour Specialty from July 2018 to August 2021. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as an Operating Partner - Advisor at CIC Partners. Randy's previous roles include being a Strategic Advisor - M&A at Lentz Milling Company from November 2016 to July 2018, and President of the Massey Fair division and Senior Vice President at Batory Foods Inc from January 2012 to May 2015. Randy has also held executive positions at Mac & Massey Holdings and Massey Fair / MacSource from 2000 to 2012, and at Massey Fair Industrial from 1993 to 1999.

Randy Cimorelli obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance from The University of Alabama from 1982 to 1986. Randy further pursued their education at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy/Global Business from 1997 to 1999.
