Dieter Wenner

Dieter Wenner is a Senior Project Manager International at Amberg Engineering, specializing in tunnel consulting with a focus on projects in Iran since May 2004. From 2012 to 2016, Dieter served as a Lecturer for Underground Works at HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil in Switzerland. Previous experience includes a role as Project Engineer at Mueller + Hereth from 1996 to 2003 and as an Engineering Geologist at igi Ingenieur-Geologisches Institut Dr. Niedermeier from 1990 to 1993, where duties involved site investigation for high-speed rail projects in Germany and geothermal energy assessments. Dieter holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Rock Mechanics from Imperial College London (1994-1995) and a Diplom in Geologie from Ruhr University Bochum (1984-1990).
