Carlin Summers

Carlin Summers has over 25 years of experience in hospitality and recruitment, developing strong expertise in client relations and campaign delivery. In 2016, Carlin transitioned into early careers recruitment, managing successful client campaigns before moving to the sales team as the Solutions Manager. Currently, Carlin collaborates across the business to create bespoke solutions for clients, leveraging a unique background to enhance recruitment strategies. Prior roles included positions at Amberjack Global, Project People, and The Resources Group, where Carlin honed skills in recruitment and training. Carlin is also pursuing a Career Accelerator program at King's College London.
