Lian van Schaik

Lian van Schaik is an experienced professional in the arts and creative sector with a diverse background. Currently, Lian works at AmberScript focusing on audio transcripts since November 2019. As a co-founder of Dichter Bij, Lian is involved in creating live poetry performances for festivals and events. Previous roles include Exhibition Assistant at Mdina Cathedral Contemporary Art Biennale and Publieksbegeleiding at NEMO. Lian has also contributed to Frontier Imaginaries as an Assistant to the Project Manager, managing website maintenance and production for arts-related symposiums. Additional experience includes a management project at Design Hub Kampala and an internship in the Public Program at Stedelijk Museum, assisting with numerous talks, performances, and events. Lian holds a degree from HKU and attended the Amsterdam Fashion Institute.
