Yvonne Helms

Yvonne Helms has a long and varied work experience. Yvonne began their career in 1990 working as a directie-secretaresse, management-assistente, and office-manager for Network Associates, EQUMEDIA, v.d. Peppel & Meijne, IPS, Novamedia, Elsevier, and Draka Kabel. In 2003, they began working as a Schrijver for Gemeente Amsterdam, a position they held until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Pr medewerker for Combiwel and a Content medewerker for Kinderboerderij De Werf and Mirror Centre Amsterdam. In 2015, they began working as a Teamondersteuner for Jan des Bouvrie College and in 2018, they began working as a Hoofdredacteur for HeartLinQ media. Most recently, they have been working as a Quality Controller transcripts for AmberScript since 2020.

Yvonne Helms began their educational journey in 2002, completing a Functiegerichte opleiding Webdesign at the Grafisch Media Instituut. Yvonne then moved on to the Leidse Onderwijs Instellingen, where they studied Arbeidsrecht and obtained a certificaat in Copywriting. Yvonne also obtained a Diploma staatsexamen from the Leidse Onderwijs Instellingen Staatsexamen havo, having studied Nederlands, Engels, Duits, Frans, Geschiedenis en Staatsinrichting, Economie, and Aardrijkskunde. Yvonne then attended the Nederlands Talen Instituut, where they obtained a certificaat in Journalistiek. Yvonne continued their education at the Open Universiteit, where they studied Cultuurwetenschappen, Tekst en Effekt 1, and projectmanagement. Lastly, Yvonne earned a Diploma from Schoevers College in Notuleren. Additionally, Yvonne holds a HAVO certification from the Staatsexamen.
