Anderson Lima has extensive experience in logistics, focusing on operations across various factories and regions. Previously, they served as a Logistics Supervisor at Ambev, managing a large team and optimizing warehouse productivity. They have held several leadership roles, including Head of Regional Logistics for multiple regions, where they successfully reduced operational costs and improved safety records. Anderson has also contributed to the development of management skills among team members through training and mentorship. They hold an MBA in Business from Insper and are pursuing another MBA in Information Technology from MIT Professional Education.
