Daniela Salazar is a highly experienced quality professional with over 20 years of expertise in the beverage and chemical industries. Currently serving as a South America Quality Corporative Specialist at Ambev since February 2012, Daniela has held several key positions, including Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Specialist, overseeing quality routines and laboratory management across brewery operations. Prior experience includes leadership roles in quality and process management at Causticlor Ind. Com. Imp. e Exp. Ltda, where responsibilities encompassed non-conformance management and integrated quality system implementation. Daniela began a career in laboratory analysis as a Technician in Chemistry at Trafo SA. Daniela holds a degree in Industrial Chemistry from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a certification as a Beer Sommelier from Instituto da Cerveja.
