Diego Bortolon

Diego Bortolon has extensive experience in EHS, specializing in human and organizational factors, process safety, ergonomics, management systems, and compliance. They began their career as an intern in environmental management at the Ministério Público do Estado do Paraná before progressing to roles such as SHE Specialist at Louis Dreyfus Company and various industrial sites. They held a managerial position at Ambev, overseeing occupational safety and environmental management while implementing PSM across six South American countries. Diego earned a degree in Environmental Engineering and has completed a postgraduate specialization in Fire Prevention Engineering.
