Giovane Belluzzo

Giovane Belluzzo possesses a robust background in finance and technology, with significant experience in both corporate and academic settings. At Ambev, Giovane served as Technology ZBB Specialist and later as Technology Investment Manager for South America, focusing on financial governance and investment strategy. Prior to Ambev, Giovane worked as an Independent Consultant on a project involving a convertible debt instrument with BNDES, collaborating with senior faculty from FGV-EESP. Currently, Giovane is a Professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas, teaching corporate finance while emphasizing the integration of academic theories with practical financial decision-making. Giovane's earlier experience includes a role as an Economic Financial Analyst at CVF Finanças & Investimentos, where involvement spanned various consulting projects. Giovane holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, both from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
