Ivan Mayorga

Ivan Mayorga serves as a Corporate Safety and Environment Specialist at Ambev since December 2022, focusing on VPO excellence. In addition, Ivan holds the position of CEO & President at AIESEC Alumni Bolivia, where the emphasis is on leadership and sustainability aligned with AIESEC values. Previously, Ivan worked for Cervecería Boliviana Nacional as Sales Safety Manager and held various roles within the organization, including Jefe HSMA and Coordinador HSMA. Ivan has extensive experience in quality and safety management from a prior role at Consultora de Sistemas de Gestión CSG. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Universidad de Los Andes, a digital transformation certification from MIT Sloan, and specialization in design thinking and mentoring from other prestigious institutions. Ivan's academic foundation is further reinforced by a Licentiate degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés.
