Lais Lopes

Lais Lopes is an aspiring professional in the field of Human Resources and Management, currently serving as an Estagiária de Gente e Gestão at Ambev since August 2025. Previously, Lais held roles at CIALI as Diretora de Projetos, where responsibilities included developing a gamification strategy to generate leads and assist the sales team. Experience also includes a position as Gerente de Projetos at ARROP, representing over 30 republics, and a role as Estagiária de Governança at Localiza&Co, focusing on data insights through dashboards in Power BI. Additionally, Lais contributed to marketing and sales efforts at Projeto Labor while supporting scientific communication at Rádio UFOP Educativa. Lais is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology at Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, expected to graduate in 2025.
