Currently serving as the Director of the Ambev Brewery in Itapissuma, they have a robust background in industrial process management and quality assurance. Previously, Sandro held various leadership roles within Ambev, achieving record results in quality management across multiple plants and overseeing operations that led to several awards, including the Champion of Excellence in South America and global recognition. Passionate about team development and continuous improvement, Sandro is also focused on integrating new technologies to enhance workplace ergonomics and productivity.
